This is a fun song for riffs. There are two main riffs, the verse and the chorus and they are repeated throughout the song. The solo is simple, just fast picking and a few slow bands with guitar effects.

This songs has powerful riffs and interesting guitar effects, very typical of Tom Morello the guitar player for the band. The tuning is Drop D. It is played with lots of overdrive. The solo is very simple, but you need to have a kill switch on your guitar and an effect called Step, it is a Boss pedal.
